LAMB STARTER/GROWER

Young lambs can be introduced to concentrate feed when they are about 7 days old. Start by feeding small amounts to make sure the feed is always fresh, and to allow the digestive system time to adjust. Discard any stale feed that hasn’t been eaten. Supplementary feeding will be particularly important if the ewe isn’t getting much grass or producing enough milk.
